I bought a used 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 truck with only 109,724 miles from Lake Wylie Motors in Lake Wylie, SC last Friday (5/27/16) for my 19 year old son. Here is my experience - PLEASE READ THE WHOLE STORY: My husband did all the negotiating and I was simply going in to sign paperwork and pay. What my husband negotiated in the price was a new set of tires and a sensor for the windows. When I got there the following day to purchase the vehicle Jim the sales person had a different story and...

Purchasing a car from Prime Toyota in West Roxbury, MA turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life. If I could give a half star I would, that's for having decent snacks in the waiting area. Speaking of waiting area, I spent the majority of my time there getting my car repaired. A car I purchased from Prime Toyota not even six months ago at this point. Prime Toyota claims to take the cars they sell through vigorous tests and checks to be approved before purchase. I know for a...

I was preappoved with RoadSport Auto in Calgary for financing a newer vehicle. I was so excited when they called me to tell me that I was approved for finanancing. They immediately set up an appointment with me to help me purchase a new vehicle from their lot. My appointment was specific to 1:30 pm I was to meet with Mandi. My story is about a used Suzuki Forenza, which Bill Seidle's Mitsubishi in Miami sold to me. I traveled from Massachusets to buy a rust free car in Florida and it needed to be safe to drive my 90 year old mother back to Massachusetts. The car did not make it without frequent breakdowns. The car turned out to have a corroded engine and needed a new head and new head gasket. Now four months later, the car is still being towed from repair shop to repair shop and has a $6000 loan on it.

Hello, my name is Erika McNally. I'm contacting you about a recent problem with a car dealership on the name Kia Salazar located in Avondale az. I bought my car 60 days ago through them, 3 days ago my car blew up on the side of the road on my way traveling to California. I was stranded alone and had to be brought to the nearest town by a driver who stopped for me and then had to be towed 180 miles back to the car dealership so they could look at my car and take care of the damage. I find out...

First day I was there I had a bad feeling. During a deal one of the workers started screaming at a couple that had their vehicle repossessed. It seemed totally uncalled for considering the couple that were being yelled at weren't being ridiculous at all. The female of the couple was crying but that was all. Nevertheless my husband insisted on purchasing the vehicle from them and we did. A few days after we purchased it broke down, and they did fix it so that was nice. However, just recently...
