travel agency Complaints - bravofly

My daughter has booked a flight to South Africa through Bravo fly. They have cancelled her booking and frozen the funds in her bank account. The funds will only be released in ten days time if ever. They can only be contacted by telephone at 6 euro per call and is very unhelpful and rude. It is a Swiss company. Can you help to bring this complaint to the attention of the relevant Swiss authorities
