I recently bought 2 tickets to Carnival in Rio in Viagogo.com website. They send the tickets to a wrong address. I request refund and do not receive any return or communication by the enterprise. This is the Order Number : 8769430

My daughter has booked a flight to South Africa through Bravo fly. They have cancelled her booking and frozen the funds in her bank account. The funds will only be released in ten days time if ever. They can only be contacted by telephone at 6 euro per call and is very unhelpful and rude. It is a Swiss company. Can you help to bring this complaint to the attention of the relevant Swiss authorities

A mistake was made by someone working for this travel agency, which caused the traveler to pay extra fees, stress and time at the airport to fix their mistake. Not cool when one is traveling to another country where they don't speak the language! When the main office in Steinhauser was contacted to ask for reimbursement of the fees, an employee, Martin S., stated that "the final resonsibility is the travelers". Nice!@!' Experience with this travel agency definitely does not match its slogan...

Anytime I've had to download a file from UPLOADED.NET, it's been a PAIN IN THE ASS! You keep getting messages in German like this "Leider sind derzeit all unsere verf├╝gbaren Download-Slots belegt, bitte versuchen Sie es binnen einiger Minuten erneut"... which means in english "We're sorry, all of our available download slots are busy, please try again within a few minutes". Then when you try again you get nag messages trying to get you to upgrade to a PREMIUM PAID account like this...
