Whirlpool Complaints - Defective washer

Bought a Whirpool Cabrio washer in 2011. We have had 4 service calls and the repair had to replace parts each time. The last one was major - the control panel. Called Whirlpool to see what our options were concerning this issue and they told me I had no options. I had a lemon and I am stuck with it. Unbelievable that a company will not stand behind their products. They take your money and say sorry for troubles. Can anyone else get away with this kind of business.
