route66studios.com Complaints - non-delivery of merchandise from route66studios.com

On May 22nd, I paid a paypal invoice sent to my email from Richard Walsh himself for the amount of $39 USD for the purchase of Ensoniq 2.40 Eproms. As of October 14th, 2012 I still haven't received the Ensoniq 2.40 Eproms I paid for on May 22, 2012. This is should've taken 1 to 2 weeks at the most not 5 months.

I've been waiting patiently for these eproms but so far nothing no refund or merchandise.

My emails are not replied to, customer service is atrocious, they sceen their callers. After many requests about the item, neither purchasing or customer service has provided any answers or resolution.

So far all my complaints to the BBB of Wisconsin, the FTC, IC3, paypal disputes and credit card company charge-back have all failed to come thru with a refund.

I want my money back and never have to deal with such an incompetent company such at route66studios.com. Richard Walsh accepted payment of $39.00 USD and never sent my items, he is a thief, a crook and a very dishonest individual.
