Winn Dixie Ocala 14th Street, Ocala FL 34470 Complaints - Ocala Winn Dixie Rude Cashier

On 10/8/12 I went to the Winn Dixie in Ocala Florida at NW 14th Street, Ocala FL 34470 to buy a few items.

After getting what I wanted, I went to the checkout to pay for them. There was 1 person ahead of me. After I paid for the items, the Checkout Cashier named "Amy" made a bizarre, rude comment... "Have a nice day... don't expect royal treatment"

That comment was heard by other shoppers.

I was shocked and dismayed.

I did NOTHING to deserve that and I think this cashier should either apologize to me in person or be fired.

As soon as I got home, I called the store to report the incident to the store manager. At 11:21:44, a female answered the phone and after I told her I wanted to talk to the manager, I waited for over 8 minutes and no one ever picked up the phone.

I tried calling back for over an hour and every time I got a busy, as though the phone was still off of the hook from when I called at 11:21:44

Below is a copy the call log from my SKYPE account. All of the calls which says "no answer", were busy signals.

2 hours later, I finally got the manager on the phone and told him about this Amy's rude and unwarrented comment. I also reported the matter to Mr. Wes Bryant, the Regional Manager at Winn Dixie. They both apologized, but I think this Amy is the one who should apologize to me in person in front of everyone in the store.
