Experience I encounter with company operating under websites:,,,,,, and is very disappointing.
I’ve ordered customised jersey through their site Unfortunately the jersey I’ve received has a very noticeable burn mark at the front of the shirt. Based on wrapping, it is very obvious that the burn happened prior to the final check and packaging.
The problem started when I requested for the jersey to be replaced or full payment refunded. Guy called Dennis Rogers (email address started to demand extra payment for replacing of his faulty product. The discussion went on and on for about three weeks. I’ve ended up cancelling my credit card and lodging transaction dispute via my bank institution.
Be careful when you deal with this “business”. I’m sure things can run smoothly when everything is fine. However based on my experience there is a lack of product/quality control and no one accountable for the business. So far, this has been the worst online shopping experience for me.
